Our Barbarina is harvested ripe from mid-March to mid-June. It has a very fine skin, no pips, with a very high juice content, more than any other citrus fruit, it is possible to get almost a glass of juice per piece, and it is low in acidity. Therefore, it is a very appropriate variety for consuming fresh as well as for fruit juice.
